Caroline’s roots run deep in California. A fifth-generation California native, Caroline was born and raised in Burlingame. She is a proud, direct descendant of one of the first California pioneers and one of the founding fathers of American baseball, William Rufus Wheaton.
After earning her BA degree with honors in History at the University of California at Santa Barbara, Caroline moved to Europe and taught English in Spain for several years. Upon returning Stateside, she entered the Silicon Valley tech industry for 10 years, working initially at Oracle and later at Webex during the dot-com boom and bust.
This experience gave Caroline a solid foundation to hone her business acumen and develop the necessary skills which have helped her build a thriving real estate practice in the competitive Silicon Valley real estate market.
Of note, Caroline also very successfully navigated the muddied waters of the 2008-2012 Financial Crisis and learned valuable lessons in real estate that undoubtedly helps her to serve her clients well in the complex Silicon Valley real estate market today.
